Schedule Loading & Pickup Day
We’ll coordinate a time that works for you. Your vaults are delivered and picked up the same day - never left overnight or blocking your driveway.

Loading Options
Load the vault yourself, or let our team handle it for you (recommended). Our professionals bring all necessary moving supplies and know how to maximize storage space while protecting your belongings.

Organization
Every item is digitally inventoried and photographed. You’ll receive a copy of your complete inventory, giving you full visibility and easy access to anything you need.

Accessibility
With just 24 hours’ notice, we’ll drop your vault at your driveway first thing in the morning and pick it up by day’s end - at no extra cost. Need just one item? We can deliver it individually, or retrieve it for you and set it aside for on-site pick up. On-Site access is available Monday-Friday 7:00-5:00 PM with 24-hour notice.

Security
Your crates are stored in our secure warehouse, protected by gated access, on-site security, locked doors, and a full alarm/camera system. Vaults require a forklift to access, adding an extra layer of protection for your belongings.

CrateMates is operated by the same trusted team behind Lodi Hauling. We are Gavin Loehrer and Dawson Perry, and together we bring over 10 years of moving, delivery, and junk removal experience to every project.
After years in the industry, we noticed three occurring issues consistent across the board for everybody storing their household goods. The first issue was organization, it seemed nobody knew what they had in storage or where any of it was. The second issue was damage, traditional storage always had dust and oftentimes had rodent droppings, while outdoor vault companies dealt with mold and heat warping. The third was convenience vs cost, traditional self storage is inconvenient while companies like Pods were very expensive. We saw opportunity, and decided to put our heads together to come up with a solution.
Together we came up with CrateMates, a reinvented system for storage that solves all 3 major traditional storage flaws. Our photo organizational system utilizes modern technology to offer unrivaled organization, our incorporation of storage vaults offers superior protection, and our completely original vault delivery system brings delivery costs down dramatically. We’ve worked long and hard to turn these concepts into a reality, all while running and operating Lodi Hauling LLC, and our mission is simple: provide a safer, more convenient storage solution that minimizes effort for our customers while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
